Your Room

• All rooms are in principle “No Smoking Areas” ; Please use Living Areas outside your respective rooms or the outdoor Patio in case you wish to Smoke.
• Electric Blanket: Your Beds are provisioned with Electric Blankets. For Best Comfort and safety, please switch off the blanket before you go to sleep.
• Change of Bed n Bath Linen : Bedsheets /Towels shall be changed once every 3 Days; If you need earlier change for any reason, please contact housekeeping.

Bath

• Handwash / Soap / Paste / Shower Cap / Disposal Bags are provided in your Toilet. Other products – Body Lotion / Shampoo /Body Wash can be arranged for on chargeable basis. Please contact Housekeeping.

The Villa in General

• Breakfast : (Timings: 08:00AM to 10:30AM) Our Standard Menu of Breakfast is available with the Staff. Please let us know your choices a day in advance. Any Additional items, delayed Breakfast after 10.30AM, subject to availability and Charge.
• Snacks / Brunch / Lunch / Dinner: Meals other than Breakfast are available on extra charge subject to prior Notice.
• Lunch can be ordered a night before;
• Dinner can be ordered at Breakfast time;
• Snacks - about an hour’s notice is required.

Other Terms

• Tea / coffee Kettle Provided in the Rooms if to be used for Boiling Water only.
• No Maggi /Eggs or other items to be prepared using the Kettle -You are most welcome to use the Kitchen for Such Purposes.
• Replenishment of in room Tea/ Coffee is available free of cost; Please Contact Kitchen

Laundry

• Washing Machine / Dryer are available on chargeable basis for use on Request;

Lounge

• For your convenience a common Lounge is available to you “Free of Charge”. Please feel free to use it for your leisure.

Music Policy

• Since we are located in a VIP Area, Loud Music in outside Areas / or loud music played indoors which can be heard outside is not allowed.
• Also No music / Loud Talking / Noise is allowed in outside areas after 10:30 PM Strictly.
• The Chief Minister of the State Lives Just below our Villa and we shall take no responsibility to action taken by his security or the Police in case of any breach by guests.
